Company Policy and Information
· All clients must be 18 years or older unless parental consent is provided and the parent is present during the session;
· The client is required to provide adequate workspace for the massage therapist to set up equipment and ambiance;
· Hygiene is very important. All clients should bathe before and after the session;
·Draping will be used by the therapist as required to expose only those parts of the client’s body that require treatment;
· Appointment cancellations must be received at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time; otherwise 50 percent of the appointment fee is due;
·Although e-mail notifications are welcome, cancellations are only accepted by phone;
·Promptness is expected for all appointments. In the event of lateness, the massage may be cut short due to other commitments. Fees will be maintained per the schedule;
·All appointments can be terminated due to inappropriate behavior and/or language towards the therapist. Fees will be maintained per the schedule;
·Any complaints or problems must be reported to A.O.M LLC within 15 days of incident;
·Approximately 45 minutes (30 minutes introduction and set-up; 15 minutes breakdown) will be added to the scheduled session; for new clients only
·Fees are due immediately upon conclusion of the session; All sales are FINAL.
·For all schedule appointments the will be a $25 nonrefundable fee. If the appointment goes according the fee will be applied to the total balance remaining from the session
