Company Policies and Information
​
· All clients must be 18 years or older unless parental consent is provided and the parent is present during the session.
​
· The client is required to provide adequate workspace for the massage therapist to set up equipment and ambiance.
​
· Hygiene is very important. All clients should bathe before and after the session.
​
·Draping will be used by the therapist as required to expose only those parts of the client’s body that require treatment. Typically all private parts will be covered.
​
· Appointment cancellations must be received at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time; otherwise 100 percent of the appointment fee is due.
​
·Although e-mail notifications are welcome, cancellations are only accepted by phone.
​
·Promptness is expected for all appointments. In the event of tardiness, the massage may be cut short due to other commitments. Fees will be maintained per the schedule
​
·All appointments are subject to termination due to inappropriate behavior and/or language towards the therapist. Fees will be maintained per the currently established fee schedule.
​
·Any complaints or problems must be reported to A.O.M LLC within 15 days of the incident.
​
·New Clients: Approximately 45 minutes (30 minutes introduction and set-up, and 15 minutes breakdown) will be added to the scheduled session.
​
·Fees are due immediately upon conclusion of the session; All sales are FINAL.
​
·For all scheduled appointments there will be a $25 nonrefundable fee. If the appointment goes accordingly the fee will be applied to the total balance remaining from the session
​
